What we do
Roof, gutters, siding. That is the whole list, and it is deliberate. Everything Forge does is the shell of the house, the part that keeps the weather on the outside.
Shingle and standing seam metal, installed on houses across New Haven and Fort Wayne. If the roof is at the end of its life we will tell you. If it has years left, we will tell you that too.
K-style gutters in 5 and 6 inch. The 6 inch carries noticeably more water, which matters on a big roof or a steep one, and we will size yours to what the roof actually sheds.
Siding is the other half of keeping weather out. Doing it alongside a roof means one crew, one schedule, and flashing and trim that actually line up where the two meet.
Why Forge
That line is not marketing copy we wrote for Tim. It is how he describes his own company, and it is a reasonable thing to hold him to.
A roof is one of the larger things you will pay for on a house, and most people only buy one or two in a lifetime. That makes it very easy to sell somebody a roof they did not need. Forge would rather come out, look at it, and tell you the truth about what you are dealing with, even when the truth is that you can wait another few years.
How a job runs
Call, or send the form. Tell us what you are seeing, whether that is a stain on the ceiling or a roof you already know is done.
We come out and actually look at it. This is the free roof inspection, and it costs you nothing whether or not you hire us.
You hear what we found and what it takes to fix it, in plain language, before any work starts.
The crew installs it, and the site gets cleaned up when we are done. Our customers keep mentioning the clean up, so we keep taking it seriously.
